Loosely inserted is a 10 page pamphlet by Colonel Harold Wellington Jones, M.D., F.A.C.S. entitled Charles Bell and the Origin of His Engravings of the Arteries" along with a newsletter from the publisher announcing the publication of this book. One of twenty-five hundred numbered copies (out of a total edition of twenty-eight hundred) this being copy #1071. Printed on Curtis Rag bound in brown half cloth over paper covered boards with gilt lettering on spine. A fine copy in original slipcase which is slightly torn at foot. "
