Ocatavo, 408pp. Half-title present with 13 hand coloured steel engravings and numerous in-text illustrations on wood. Original ribbed burgundy cloth with gilt title and illustrated in gilt spine and front board. Spine with light fade and a bit of light wear at head and heel. Corners lightly rubbed, otherwise clean and quite attractive in the original boards. Text and plates clean throughout with very light foxing to a few pages. A tight and square copy. Very good.
