No date [circa 1915]. Rare in dustjacket. Red cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Maps to endpages. Black and white plates and maps throughout. Some darkening/soiling to outer edges of boards and outer page edges. Dustjacket is darkened, with some wear to outer corners and to head and heel of spine. Spine panel also shows some light dampstaining.
