Volume 1 contains 58 Hand-Coloured plates (includes frontispiece & engraved title-page) dated from March 1816 to 1823; Volume 2 contains 50 Hand-Coloured plates (includes frontispiece) dated from Sept. 1817 to 1823, Lacks plate at p. 715 - Tulips. Contemporary binding in half calf and marbled boards. Rebacked with original spine strips laid-on, new gilt-stamped double spine labels, corners consolidated. Covers scuffed, offsetting from the plates, minor occasional soiling in text, tanning to endpapers, otherwise quite a good copy with the majjority of hand-coloured plates bright and clean.
