Full contemporary mottled sheep in cat's paw pattern, 5 raised bands with ornate gilt compartments, gilt-stamped leather spine label: "Traite / de la / Spher [sic]", original French Curl patterned endpapers, all edges marbled. Two small abrasions to the leather of upper cover, slightly rubbed, mild sunning to spine, slight bow to boards, occasional tiny stain within text, otherwise a very good copy. Text in French.
