33 cm x 19 cm. Pp. vi, 93. Bound in maroon buckram, gilt-stamped title to leather spine label. Covers worn, soiled and scuffed, with fading primarily to upper cover. Rubbed with cloth over joints splitting and frayed, rubbed along fore-edges with fraying. Gilt stamp of the Oriental Club to lower edge of front cover, bookplate of the Oriental Club to front pastedown. Contemporary owner names: "[???] from Mr. Meheux, 13 Feb 1805". Several blank prelims with tide lines along the top edge of pages [not extending into the report], heavy foxing to approximately 35 pages throughout although paper still supple. Some letters in French with English translations. Overall, a good plus first printing.
