Wrapped in beige dust jackets. This edition limited to 1250 copies signed and numbered by Arthur Machen who wrote the introduction. This is copy no. 97. Also signed by illustrator Clara Tice on the frontispiece in volume 1. These 15th century stories are translated from the French by Robert B. Douglas. Board corners very lightly bumped and rubbed spine ends, else clean and tight volumes in poor dust jackets with heavy chipping and wear, and some tape along the joints.
