[1900]. 2 volumes. Tall 8vo, pp. iii, 396; 378. Quarter red morocco over marbled boards. Spines with gilt lettering. Board edges with light wear, spines scuffed but have been touched up to match. Top edges gilt and marbled endpapers. Tissue guarded frontispieces, numerous black and white illustrations throughout and 4 hand coloured plates in each volume. Tape repair to margin of p. 295 of volume 2, not affecting the text. A clean and good looking set.
