Dust jacket soiled, foxed, sunned, bumped corners, edges and heel and chipped head. Browned free endpapers, minor foxing to the extremities, but otherwise clean. Contains 5 fold-out pictures and maps, the final one has a 1" tear where it joins to the book, plus 3 plates. Introduction by T. E. Lawrence. Article from The New Yorker laid in. First one volume edition on thin paper. Uncommon in dust jacket.
