3 volumes. 8vo. Full publisher's deluxe leather bindings in brown, with arts and crafts style designed boards and spines, lettered and accented in gilt, with rear board lettering stamped in black. All edges gilt, marbled endpapers, illustrated throughout with colour views of the Holy Land and some illustrations in black and white. Very faint water stains occasionally visible to the top edge margins, but not terrible at all, clean throughout. Bottom of boards lightly rubbed, corners with light rubbing and the spines a little scuffed, with a very little chip to the spine head of volume 1, and light bumping to the spine ends on that volume. Binding design by Cedric Chivers, not signed. Very attractive bible.
