Second printing. 8vo. Pp. x, 574. Bound in full burgundy leather, gilt lettering right on the spine one two compartments, thick raised bands, with alternating splayed spear and blind stamped line design to both boards. The top edge gilt, marbled endpapers and wide turn-ins. Clean throughout and the binding tight and square. Front and rear board joints with a very light cracking at the head, light nicks to corners, the spine a little darkened, with a few light scratches to the rear board. Binding is not signed, with a few noticeable imperfections, possibly the work of a student binder. Still, a rather attractive binding and very good copy overall.
