24mo. Pp. 15, [1] -ad. Bound in blind-stamped limp suede. Covers a trifle soiled, nicks at the upper outer corner, else clean and tight. Perhaps an advertisement/ hand-out as the running line on the rectos advertise Dougherty's decks, i.e. "No. 95. Jewell Bridge Cards, $2.50 Doz." Also, Dougherty died in 1905, however it is possible this could be his son, Andrew Dougherty, Jr. In 1896 Andrew Sr. transferred control of the business to his three sons. The name of the firm remained in effect until 1930. Very uncommon.
