The company was founded in 1896 after the two merged, later changing their name to Consolidated Shipbuilding Corporation in 1919. Canadian name stamp dated 1906 from a small Ontario town to the title of each catalogue, clean and bright throughout, excellent shape and an exceptional nautical catalogue.
