First American trade edition, after the limited edition. 4to. Pp. 672. Brown cloth lettered in gold to front cover and spine, in dust jacket. The book is fresh and bright, dust jacket not price clipped, spine a little sunned, with a very small chip at the spine head, with a small chip to the spine foot which leads to a 4 cm tea. Otherwise, a clean and bright copy in the original slipcase, which is a little scuffed, and the paper label a little chipped and discoloured from the glue used in manufacture.
