The mounted illustration printed in orange; frontispiece in full color; remaining illustrations in green and black. Paper evenly age-toned; ink gift inscription to the rear pastedown; otherwise clean and unmarked throughout. Bound in the original illustrated paper boards with cloth spine strip, featuring a stuffed fabric illustration mounted to the front board. Rear board with a vertical crack (not broken), the book remaining tight and square, with only light edge wear. Overall, an excellent, well-preserved copy.
