Publisher's purple cloth with gilt stamped front board illustration and gilt titles to spine. Bottom corners and edges very lightly bumped, spine sunned, with light bumping to the spine ends. Ink name dated 1885 to front endpaper and to title-page at upper corner. Little spots of foxing to the first leaf of ads, else clean and spot free throughout, will 125 diagrams and illustrations, and nice illustrated ads.
