Corners are lightly bumped with minor wear; spine ends slightly pushed and worn at the creases. Boards show light handling wear. Ink ownership name to the front paste-down, with a 1911 gift inscription on the verso of the front endpaper. A tiny dampstain appears at the top edge of the rear endpaper. Internally clean throughout, with illustrations complete and retaining their captioned guards. Binding tight, slightly cocked. Overall, a clean, solid, and well-preserved copy. Illustrated by Charles Robinson.
