Small 8vo, pp. xi, [iii], 100. Quarter green cloth over grey paper boards, paper spine label, black lettering, in the original dust jacket. Illustrated with 29 black and white photographs and 2 maps. Light foxing to the opening leaves and a few minor bumps to the boards. Dust jacket unevenly sunned, with light edge wear, small tears and creases, a chip at the foot of the spine, and a small hole to the middle of the spine under the price. A nice, clean copy overall.
