Corners and spine ends lightly bumped, a few scratches to the boards, else the book is fine, clean throughout and the binding tight and square. Dust jacket with $2.00 price on lower flap, a few chips in the front cover to the top edge and one to the bottom near the spine, light chipping to spine foot, with heavier chipping to the spine head, and a few small nicks and chips to the top edge of the rear cover, with a small triangular hole in the front of the dust jacket, close to the spine. Nice clean copy in an attractive dust jacket that is only is good condition. Uncommon Phillpotts title.
