8vo. 357 pp. Publisher's green cloth with gilt lettering to the spine, with blind stamped borders to the boards. Binding by Elles & Middlebrook, stamped in blind on the boards. Hard bumps to the board corners, exposing some of the board under the cloth, spine ends bumped and worn, spine fade, but cloth clean. Foxing to the endpapers and prelims, with some foxing throughout and occasional spotting and staining, but overall a good clean copy. From the fourth London edition, with the author's last corrections. Edited by Henry Nelson Coleridge.
