First edition. 16mo. 325 pp. Blue cloth with Art Nouveau binding design in silver, unsigned binding. Very good, with a contemporary ownership signature to the front endpaper. In the original paper dust jacket to match the cloth design. The jacket is chipped at the spine head and foot, with surface wear near the spine foot, the corners and the fore-edge of the front and rear panels also chipped, with a large chip on the rear panel. The jacket in three pieces, the flaps detached but present. Rare, especially in the original dust jacket from 1887.
